District Convention 2021

Greetings Florida CKI Members and Kiwanis Family!

Our annual District Convention (DCON) will take place on February 19-21, 2021 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort! DCON is essential to our organization because we will elect our next District officers for 2021-2022, meet Circle K members from across the District , and celebrate all of our successes and leaders from 2020-2021. Finally, we would like to thank the Florida Kiwanis Foundation (FKF) for sponsoring this year’s DCON.

Registration and Hotel Reservation

Registration for the CKI District Convention does not include your hotel room. You will make those reservations below the Google Form. Note the following deadlines:
January 20 at 11:00pm: On-time registration and payment received deadline – $90
January 20 at 11:00pm: Last day to pre-order a souvenir t-shirt – $10
January 29 at 11:00pm: Hotel reservation deadline – $119 per night (rate and availability not guaranteed after)

January 29 at 11:59pm: Candidacy Materials Deadline (submit to elections@floridacirclek.org)

February 1 at 11:59pm: Awards Packet Deadline (submit to awards@floridacirclek.org)
February 12 at 11:00pm: Late registration and payment deadline – $110

After late registration has closed, all payments, including checks, must be received (not postmarked) no later than February 12, 2021 or your registration will be canceled. Payment will not be accepted on site.

NOTE: Masks MUST be worn at all times during the event and in any public spaces.

Note: To book your room, click the dark green “Book a Room” button. Then, to edit the check-in days, check-out days, and amount of guests per room click “Edit Stay” under the hotel picture on the right margin of the website. Once at the “Edit Stay” page, click on the blue dates to change them or click the “1 Room, 1 Guest” button to change the number of guests.
