Where do I go to register?


How much is registration?

It’s $50/person. However, after registration closes, the price jumps to $60/person.

What does registration include?

A place to sleep, food from Friday night to Sunday morning, leadership training, and a one-of-a-kind t-shirt!

Where is LTC 2018?

Leadership Training Conference 2018 will be held at Camp Kiwanis in Ocala, FL.

Are rooms co-ed?

Yes, there will be co-ed rooms, but there will also be rooms assigned towards specific genders.

What time is registration and when can we leave?

Check-in begins Friday, October 19 at 4:00 PM and the conference ends Sunday, October 21 as early as 11:00 AM. Since we are adults, leaving early is an option (although Conventions Chair Alex Perez and District Administrator Amanda Saguil must be made aware).

I’m trying to register, but I don’t see my school on the list.

Select “Interest Group” and in the notes section type your school’s full name. After, email your Lieutenant Governor and Conventions Chair Alex Perez to let them know your school is missing from the list.

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, we try our hardest to cater to everyone in attendance. Just make sure you select the “Vegetarian” option, vegans can let us know the details of their diet in the food allergies section.

I can’t pay my registration fee on time.

Don’t worry. We are taking payments all the way up until LTC check-in, but you will be charged a $10 late-fee.

My school hasn’t chartered a CKI, but we want to go to LTC.

Everyone is welcome to attend! We especially recommend that new/chartering clubs are in attendance. Just select “Interest Group” on the drop-down list and type in your school’s full name in the notes section.

How do I become a team captain?

Visit and scroll down to the quick link “Team Captain Application.” Follow the instructions when filling out the questions and then submit the application to by the designated submission deadline.

Can I pay with cash or check?

You can pay with check. All checks must be made payable to Florida Kiwanis Foundation for CKI. Please note that checks will not be processed until after September 30. Email and for the mailing address for checks.

Can I pay with debit or credit?

After entering all your information and proceeding to the next page, on the right side of the screen is a “Pay Online” option through PayPal. We are accepting card payments in person, but you will be charged an additional $10 late fee.

I registered and paid but cannot be in attendance.

The Florida District of Circle K International does not offer refunds. We recommend that you discuss, with your club officers, the possibility of another member who wants to be in attendance taking your place.
